From the faults in you to the ruin of we From the eyes to the hands to the nothing Nothing desperately we From the front lines can it be seen We adoring every move you make Subtle things lost to life Beyond the competing, we are the strangers Falling ever forward through the web of you Subtle lies lost on life Could I be the one to torture the dreaming Away from the fairytale, into the burning A love in the silence rewards the hopeless A cry that grows larger and smaller with wanting If I lose myself here In lost dreaming silence A dance with the light in you If I find myself here Screaming rage A dance with the wiser Desperately wiser Could I be the one... Desperately still you scream Desperately wiser Desperately still you scream Could I be the one... Desperately still you scream Desperately wiser Desperately wiser

about

In 2004, The Last Dance and label Dancing Ferret Discs introduced Reflections Of Rage, with tracks inspired and recreated by other artists plus two original songs, "Desperately Still" & "Simplicity" as well as a cover version of vocalist Britney Spears "Oops I Did It Again." Beyond that, Reflections Of Rage was released as a Multimedia Enhanced Disc where listeners were treated to an experience that features exclusive images from TLD's "Whispers In Rage World Tour" as well as access to the ROR Online Virtual Disc 2 site. With this feature, fans could download additional ROR remixes and view TLD's 2004 Tour Video. The Last Dance welcomed featured artists and remix performers to Reflections Of Rage including Cyrusrex (Skinny Puppy Collaborator), Thomas Rainer(L'âme Immortelle), Corvus Corax , Idiot Stare, Thou Shalt Not, and Rachel McDonnell among many others.

Now, for the first time TLD is digitally releasing Reflections of Rage in its entirety. This includes the original 15 tracks from the CD, plus the 11 bonus tracks and 2004 Tour Video from the virtual disc 2.

"Every work of art is a moment in time captured for posterity. It is a reflection of what the artist was thinking or feeling right then; an outward expression of the heart and soul based on a particular point in their lives. Even if the meaning of that expression is perceived differently by others or takes on a different meaning at a later point for the artist themselves, the work itself does not change, only the perception of it. But what if the artist hands their work to another and says "Here, I know what this is supposed to look like to me. Now I want to see what happens to it when you take it apart and put it back together however you want." Does the work itself now change into something else or are we just seeing a different reflection of it from another mirror?"

We hope that you will enjoy this work and that you will continue to
travel along side us on the journey that is The Last Dance!
